Teriane is an absolutely amazing yoga instructor. From day 1 of taking her classes she made me feel welcomed and took the time to get to know me on an individual basis. She truly makes her practice more of a community vibe. I have now been practicing with her for 2 years and after years of searching for a place to practice I found it in Teriane.  I love how she finds new ways to challenge us and is always bringing new ideas to her class to help us grow and strengthen our practice. Not to mention her voice is soothing and steady, yet strong and committed to provide the perfect flow to help you meditate when needed and push you deeper when needed. She is the complete package and I can’t thank her enough for making me a healthier, stronger person.  

I decided to try yoga a few years ago for stretching and flexibility. Teriane has made it so much more than that! With her gentle teachings, she guides you through your practice and helps you grow physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Her sessions are always uplifting and fun. She instills confidence and encourages you to grow in all areas. I love yoga with Teriane!

Teriane is a superb instructor with a very calming voice … During class, Teriane often says to focus on our breathing, and to try and take that from the mat into the rest of our day. Sometimes I awaken during the night and have a very hard time falling back asleep. The other night I decided to focus on my breathing and that really calmed my mind and body down. And before I knew it, I was asleep! Thank you, Teriane, for the consistent reminder to pay attention to one’s breath. If I had only known this a long time ago!
