Teriane is an absolutely amazing yoga instructor. From day 1 of taking her classes she made me feel welcomed and took the time to get to know me on an individual basis. I decided to try yoga a few years ago for stretching and flexibility. Teriane has made it so much more than that! With her gentle teachings, she guides you through your practice and helps you grow physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Her sessions are always uplifting and fun. Teriane is a superb instructor with a very calming voice … During class, Teriane often says to focus on our breathing, and to try and take that from the mat into the rest of our day. Sometimes I awaken during the night and have a very hard time falling back asleep. The other night I decided to focus on my breathing and that really calmed my mind and body down. And before I knew it, I was asleep! Thank you, Teriane, for the consistent reminder to pay attention to one’s breath. If I had only known this a long time ago!
