Class & Getting Ready to Practice Info
  • Please read our FAQ before signing up for a class
  • Class registration ends 30 minutes before the class start time
  • When you register, you will receive an email from Eventbrite that will include the Google Meet link at the bottom of the email. Please use this link to access the class. You may also add this class to your calendar using the links within the email.
  • Find a comfortable location in which you can meditate peacefully.
  • Choose comfortable clothing that allows a broad range of movement.
  • We recommend a yoga mat, but one is not required. Additional props such as a folded blanket, bolster, blocks, or straps might be helpful but are not required. See the FAQ for suggested products.
  • If you need to take a break at any time, please do so. DO NOT perform any physical movements that cause you pain or remove you from your comfort zone. If you have any health issues, you should receive a doctor’s clearance prior to engaging in any of our classes.
